How do prepaid treatments work?
Online offers are prepaid treatments purchased online (not in-clinic) and redeemed at a later date. Treatments can be used Monday to Friday only.
All prepaid treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once expired, they cannot be extended or refunded.
Can I purchase it as a gift for someone else?
Yes — please indicate the recipient’s name at checkout. Otherwise, note that all Online purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the person who purchased them.
Can I use my prepaid treatments at an appointment I already booked?
Yes. Simply purchase your prepaid treatment online and the credit will be applied during your upcoming appointment. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
Do I need to choose my treatments when I purchase the promotion?
Yes — treatment selection is made at checkout. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, our team can guide you by phone or through a complimentary in-person consultation before you purchase.
Can Online treatments deals be combined with other offers?
No. Online promotional pricing cannot be combined with credits, gift cards, promotions, or any other discounts.
How do changes or cancellations work?
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments:
- 24 hours notice to avoid fees
- Late cancellations → 20% fee
- No-shows → 50% fee
Prepaid treatments cannot be exchanged or modified after purchase.
