All prepaid treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once expired, they cannot be extended or refunded.

Yes — please indicate the recipient’s name at checkout. Otherwise, note that all Black Friday purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the person who purchased them.

Yes. Simply purchase your prepaid treatment online and the credit will be applied during your upcoming appointment. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

No. Black Friday pricing cannot be combined with credits, gift cards, promotions, or any other discounts.

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments:

• 24 hours notice to avoid fees
• Late cancellations → 20% fee
• No-shows → 50% fee

Prepaid treatments cannot be exchanged or modified after purchase.

Black Friday laser pricing is based on our regular per-session rate and does not include the everyday savings offered in our bundles. In some cases, bundles may provide greater value than the Black Friday discount.

If you want the Black Friday price for multiple future sessions, you must purchase the exact number of sessions you want during the sale.
